	FLEXIBLE WORK HOURS Mattel offers the oppurtunity to start your days as early as 7.30 or as late as 9.30.

	FRIDAY HOURS Provided you work the required hours per week, employees can leave up to 3 hours early on Fridays.

	PENSION PLAN Mattel automatically contributes a percentage of your salary to your pension plan.

	FITNESS FACILITIES We have an in-house gym available for all employees.

The Canadian office is located, in the Heartland area of Mississauga, Ontario. It is close to Pearson International Airport, major highways and public transportation.
