GOAL:  Achieve 100% pay equity for all employees performing similar work.

In the U.S. the median pay ratio is 100% for women and people of color. 

GOAL:  Increase female representation at all levels of the organization.

Overall, women comprise 56% of the global workforce and 51% of all leadership positions (manager and above). Within each level of the organization, women make up the following percentages:
