GOAL:  Achieve 100% pay equity for all employees performing similar work.

Mattel has achieved 100% base pay equity for all employees globally performing similar work in their local markets with comparable roles and experience.

GOAL:  Increase representation of women at all levels of the organization.

Women comprise 58% of the global workforce and 46% of all management positions.

GOAL:  Increase representation by ethnicity at all levels of the organization.
