Effective September 13th, if you have a reservation for our restaurant or an in-store event, all guests who are 12 and older must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination via their official vaccination record card (Excelsior, picture or hard copy of vax card). If you are 18 or older, you must provide a government-issued identification per the law of the City of New York for entry into the restaurant area or to attend an event. Guests who are 2 - 12 years of age must wear a face covering when in the restaurant or attending an event, except when eating and drinking, or whenever they are unable to maintain six feet of social distance from other people.   • Girl ear piercing

    Safe and gentle ear piercing is performed by certified American Girl associates. Girls can choose from titanium, 14kt white gold, or 14kt gold, and they'll take home an after-care kit with Ear Care Solution, an ear care guide, earring craft ideas, and a paper earring frame.

    For ages 3+

    Parent/Legal Guardian must be present on day of service if child is under 18 years of age. Parent/Legal Guardian is required to sign release form on day of service.

    Some friends need a little extra care. Add a hearing aid to one or both ears. Permanent piercing ensures a perfect fit; hearing aids are removable.

  • Doll spa deluxe package

    Make it a spa day! A soft scrub on her face, arms, and legs will have her doll feeling like new. And girls can take home a special pampering kit, too; it includes cucumber stickers for her eyes, nail decals, a headband, a salon cape, and a faux face mask.

    We only accept appointments for authentic American Girl 18” dolls.

  • Doll pampering plus package

    Relaxed and refreshed! Order a pampering for 18" and 15" dolls. They'll get a soft scrub to make them feel squeaky-clean. Includes nail decals for 18" dolls.

Additional service that can be added at the time of your appointment:

Includes painting of fingernails and toenails in your choice of nail polish colors. Plus, get a specially formulated (water-soluble and easy-to-wipe-off) just-for-dolls nail polish to take home—perfect for touch-ups!

Available only as an add-on to hairstyling for American Girl dolls or mini manicure for girls. Not sold separately. Excludes Bitty Baby™.

Prices for individual salon services are subject to change and range from $10 to $60. Number of guests for a reservation refers to the number of dolls receiving the chosen service. For guests unable to book a reservation in advance, you may be able to make an appointment upon arrival at the store. Please visit the Salon immediately to check availability. If you wish for your girl’s doll to join you for a dining reservation, please make a doll hair appointment 60 minutes before your dining time.

Because our stylists are specifically trained to work with dolls that stand up to styling and accessorizing, we only accept appointments for authentic American Girl dolls. We reserve the right to decline services on dolls that are damaged. In those cases, we may recommend repairs at the Doll Hospital before styling can be performed.
